What do i do if i have made a personal attempt to dry clean the carpet?
If you have made any such personal attempt, we highly recommend that you stop immediately and contact us, as dry cleaning carpets yourself can lead to more damage.
What to do if your carpet contains red wine, coffee, urine etc or is dirty?
Please do not try to treat the carpet yourself. Apply as much moisture as possible with kitchen paper without rubbing. Then please put a damp cloth or similar on the area and pack the carpet for shipment.
What to do if your carpet needs repairing?
If you need repairs (fringe replacement or restoration), we are happy to give more details on the material and origin of your carpet. Please send us photos via WhatsApp on
+49 17622152403. Don’t have the accurate information? Then, send us the carpet as it is and we will examine it. For this a flat rate of € 35 will be applicable which we will reimburse in the event of a repair order.
What happens if your carpet gets damaged during the transport process?
Your carpets are in transit via DHL or via the delivery agent. The Laundries are insured so you don’t have to worry about any damages to your carpet, we’ve got you covered. See our terms and conditions for more info.
What is the shipping method?

What are the types of cleaning we have?
At Wir Reinigen Deinen Teppich, Bio Wash is the cheapest type of carpet cleaning, and applies to all types of carpets.
The premium wash is basically also organic, with additional chemical stain treatment before the main cleaning, including a care package in the form of impregnation or regreasing.
What is Moth Treatment?
The moth protection serves to prevent moth infestation and is limited to approx 6 months. When treating moths, carpets that have already been infested are washed to get rid of moths and larvae in special cold rooms.
How does carpet cleaning work for commercial customers and private customers?
The carpet cleaning is done on-site at your company or at home in Munich. To do this, We Clean Your Carpet uses a patented rotary jet extractor that uses rotating vacuum heads to thoroughly clean carpets with hundreds of cleaning cycles in multiple directions. The technology we use for cleaning carpets is unique in Munich and cannot be surpassed in quality.
Is pricing different for commercial and private customers?
No. Carpet cleaning for commercial customers and private customers costs the same.

Are there any employee discounts or offers for customers and do you have a yearly package?
Yes, we have employee discounts for companies, if your company is not yet registered, then you are welcome to do that. You can call us on +49 17622152403 or just write an email to us at contact@wirreinigendeinenteppich.de
We also have Offers for carpet cleaning on a quarterly or monthly basis. In addition, every three months the discount is 15% of the normal price, and in a monthly rhythm even 20%.
How many days in advance do I have to book?
If you do not need any packaging materials, you can book just one day before the pick-up date. If you need packaging materials, the subscription date should be at least 5 days in the future, as the shipping of the shipping materials from us to you can take 1- 4 days.
Are there any additional costs for packaging material for me?
No, we will send you the required packaging materials free of charge.
