  1.  General
    1.1. We clean your carpet offers a carpet cleaning service for private and business customers, which enables the carpets to be cleaned to be sent to We clean your carpet. The carpets are cleaned by We Clean Your Carpet and finally sent back to the customer.
    1.2 The carpet cleaning is carried out properly and gently according to the care instructions of the carpet manufacturer. If no care instructions are available, the customer’s information on the carpet is decisive.
  2. Scope
    2.1. The general business and special booking conditions apply to the use of the web portal and the booking of cleaning services.
  3. Contractual partner
    3.1. The contractual partner for booking the cleaning services of carpets and using the web portal is Carpet cleaning online UG, Baumkirchner Straße 3, 81673 Munich, hereinafter referred to as We Clean Your Carpet.
    3.2 We clean your carpet is authorized to commission a subcontractor to provide the carpet cleaning services. We clean your carpet is entitled to change the subcontractor. We clean your carpet ensures a uniform quality standard of the subcontractors.
  4. Conclusion of contract

  5. Payment of cleaning
    5.1 The demand for payment of cleaning orders including shipping costs is due when booking the cleaning of the carpet. The basis of calculation is the price list valid at the time of dispatch by the customer and published on the Internet at www.wirreinigendeinenteppich.de as well as the entry entry by We clean your carpet (counting, typing, measurement, determination of whether / how to process).
    5.2 Payment is made by means of the payment method agreed when the contract was concluded.

  6. Processing time window
    Processing takes place normally within 9 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), if no unusual stain treatment or post-processing is required. The processing time is calculated from the time the carpet is received at the We Clean Your Carpet operation until it is made available for collection by DHL. DHL’s delivery time is 1-2 working days per transport route.
  7. Defects in the delivered carpet
    7.1 We cleaning your carpet is not responsible for damage caused by the quality of the carpet and which We Cleaning your carpet cannot recognize through a professional inspection (e.g. damage due to insufficient strength of the fabric and the seams, insufficient authenticity of Dyeing and printing, shrinking, impregnation, previous improper treatment, hidden foreign bodies, through or in the case of accessories belonging to the carpets, such as buckles, buttons, sequins, etc. and other hidden defects). The same applies to carpets or parts of the carpet that cannot be cleaned or can only be cleaned to a limited extent, provided that they are not marked accordingly or We Clean Your Carpet cannot recognize this through a professional inspection.
  8. Customer’s duty to give notice of defects / shortages / wrong deliveries
    8.1 Obvious defects on the cleaned carpet must be reported to the customer within two weeks of the day of delivery of the carpet. The same applies to the notification of obvious shortages or incorrect deliveries during delivery.
  9. Obligation to provide information for particularly high-priced carpets
    The customer has to point out particularly high-priced items to be cleaned when we deliver them to We Clean Your Carpet.
  10. Returning the carpets
    The carpets are returned by DHL. If the package cannot be delivered, the shipping costs will be re-dispatched based on the shipping costs that are valid at the time and published on the Internet at www.wirreinigendeinenteppich.de. If this is also unsuccessful, the carpet will be held for pickup at Wir Clean your Carpet in Munich (Baumkirchner Straße 3, 81669 Munich) and the customer will be asked to pick it up again by email.
  11. Complaints

  12. Obligations of the customer / limitation of liability 12.1 The legal regulations apply to the liability of We Clean Your Carpet.
    12.2 We clean your carpet are liable for loss of the carpet indefinitely in the amount of the current value.
    In the case of damage caused by slight negligence, compensation is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. This limitation of damages does not apply to culpable violations of essential contractual obligations or culpable violations that endanger the achievement of the purpose of the contract. Likewise, the limitation of damages does not apply to damage caused by injury to life, limb or health.
    12.3 We Clean Your Carpet Dries the carpet hanging, not lying down. Shrinking and warping of carpets depends on the material and can lead to dimensional changes. No guarantee can be given for stain removal, despite the stain treatment booked for this purpose. Fungal infestation in the base fabric can cause cracks, moth infestation, and rotting. Existing damage can widen, existing stains can widen if necessary. Non-colourfast carpets, or fibers, can cause discoloration for which we are not liable. Ask your dealer if your carpet is washable.
    12.4 Please open the carpet immediately after returning it. Due to residual moisture in the carpet, it is important to ensure air circulation to avoid odors.
  13. Data protection, notification obligations
    13.1 The data you provide in the order form is only collected for the purpose of carrying out the cleaning contract and is only stored and processed internally by We Clean Your Carpet and its contracted service providers. The data will not be passed on to third parties; The legal regulations in connection with data protection are observed by We clean your carpet. 13.2 Please refer to the detailed data protection regulations on www.wirreinigendeinenteppich.de.
  14. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
    14.1 The contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. 14.2 Place of jurisdiction for general merchants, legal entities and natural persons who do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, as well as for natural persons who move into their place of residence or their habitual residence after concluding the cleaning contract Munich has moved abroad, whose place of residence or usual place of residence is not known at the time the lawsuit is filed.

    under no circumstances will we charge you for this repayment.If you have requested that the service should start during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, which compares the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract corresponds to the total scope of the services provided in the contract.
